This 1.5 hour dragonboat program starts with meeting the staff for introductions, warm up, and an overview of the organization. You’ll receive a paddle for the on-land orientation, covering proper technique, paddling drills, and water commands.

Once the boat is loaded, we’ll take it out on the water where you can feel the improvement as the paddlers start working together. We provide life vests and paddles – just bring water, sunscreen, and clothes suitable for exercising and getting wet.

Most paddlers also wear shades, gloves, and hats, though not required. After warming up, prepping the boat, paddling, and unpacking, the experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours. You’ll quickly gain paddling skills and teamwork, enjoying the water and scenery along the way.
